Biography
I am a researcher of International and EU law at the Law Faculty of the University La Sapienza in Rome, Italy.
My research interests are focused on the developments of EU law, particularly in the field of external relations. I research the division of powers between the EU and the Member States and the coherence of the EU's external action, also in the light of the new structure of the Union after the Lisbon Treaty.
I closely followed the reform process, since the Laeken European Council, and am currently studying the Lisbon Treaty, particularly from an institutional point of view.
